Today I spent a bit of my day updating my resume, dropping in on the local employment office, contacting prospective employers, and mailing out the resume. With our current hours at my day job about to shift to 28 per week, I've been shopping around for some part-time work to maintain my current level of income.
One thing we had discussed at work was some sort of customer service work online, where you designate a phone line for incoming calls from customers. However if we did this at work there is one flaw. Unless we had a separate line for each of us to do this type of work how do we split the work load and pay?
It would seem this plan needs a bit more thought!
